Welcome to Memoria Magnet Co
Thanks for stopping by. Memoria Magnet Company (aka Memoria Magnet Co, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a boutique studio creating custom fridge magnets to help your memories stick. We run this website and online store, powered by Shopify, to make it easy for you (“you”, “your”, our customer) to browse, shop, and connect with us.
These Terms of Service explain the rules for using our site, placing an order, and other important things you need to know. By using our website, placing an order, or interacting with us, you’re agreeing to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Using Our Store
You need to be over 18 (or have permission from a parent/guardian) to shop with us. When you place an order, you agree that all the information you provide is accurate and that you're responsible for any activity under your account.
We ask that you keep your login details safe and don’t share your account with others.
2. Our Products
We do our best to show our magnets as accurately as possible, but colours and textures may look a little different depending on your screen settings. Please note that the final print quality of your photo magnets is directly based on the quality and resolution of the images you provide. We recommend uploading high-resolution images (up to 10MB) with good lighting and minimal compression. We are not responsible for print outcomes resulting from low-quality, blurry, or heavily filtered photos.
Each magnet set is handcrafted, so no two are exactly alike. That’s part of the charm!
We may update, limit or stop offering certain products at any time.
3. Orders
All items are custom made. Once submitted, orders are final. Please double-check your uploads before confirming your order as we may not be able to change or cancel orders once they’ve been confirmed. You’ll get a confirmation email once your order has been received and another when it’s on its way.
Due to the custom nature, we don’t offer refunds unless the item is damaged or incorrect. If something’s not right, get in touch within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
4. Pricing & Payments
Prices are listed in NZD and include GST (if applicable), but don’t include shipping unless stated otherwise. We might run promos or discounts – if we do, they may have their own terms.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship from Plimmerton, New Zealand and aim to make and dispatch your order within 3-5 working days. Once your order is with the courier, it’s their responsibility to get it to you safely - Delivery times may vary, especially during holiday seasons (e.g. Christmas, Valentines Day etc). We’re not responsible for courier delays but will support you where we can.
6. Your Stories & Photos
When you upload photos for your order, you’re confirming that you have the right to use them and that they don’t violate anyone’s rights. We’ll only use your photos to create your magnets – unless you give us permission to share them on our social media (we’ll ask first!).
We also invite you to tell us the story behind your pictures – we may ask if we can share these too, but will only do so with your blessing.
If any images you upload contain offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content (as determined by us), we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund your payment.
7. Optional Tools & Third-Party Services
We may link to other websites or offer third-party tools or apps (like uploading via Upload-Lift). We’re not responsible for their content or how they operate. Use them at your own discretion and be sure to check their terms and privacy policies.
8. Shopify – Our Ecommerce Partner
Our shop runs on Shopify. While we use their platform, any purchases you make are between you and us. Shopify isn’t responsible for any issues related to your orders.
9. Privacy
We care about your privacy. Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Shopify also has its own privacy practices.
10. Feedback & Reviews
We love hearing from you! If you share feedback, stories, or reviews with us, we may use them (anonymously or with your name, if you’re okay with that) to improve or promote our products. Please make sure what you share is honest and your own content.
11. Mistakes Happen
From time to time, there might be typos or errors in product descriptions, pricing, or availability. We reserve the right to fix these and update or cancel orders if needed.
12. Be Cool
You agree to use our site respectfully. That means:
– No spam, viruses, or misuse
– No pretending to be someone else
– No uploading anything harmful, hateful, or illegal
13. Ending the Relationship
We can end or pause access to our site or services at any time, especially if you break these terms. You’ll still be responsible for any outstanding charges.
We may suspend your access if you don’t follow the rules.
14. Mailing List
We hate spam too. If you join our email list, we’ll only send the occasional update, launch news, or discount. You can unsubscribe anytime.
15. Legal Bits
We provide our products and services “as is” – we don’t make guarantees beyond what’s legally required. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we’re not liable for any indirect losses.
If there’s a legal dispute, these terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand (or where Memoria Magnet Co is based). Any court proceedings must take place in that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We’ll post changes here and let you know if anything major changes. Your continued use of our site means you accept the updated terms.
