Memoria Magnet Co. partners with schools, sports teams, and community groups to offer something your supporters will genuinely want to buy - custom photo magnets made from their own photos, bringing their important memories back into everyday life.

A portion of every order comes back to your organisation. You promote it and we handle everything else.

    Email us with a bit of information about your organisation and when you'd like to run your fundraiser. We'll come back to you quickly - it's just a conversation to begin with to make sure we are a good fit for each other, no commitment needed.

  • 02 - We set everything up

    We create a customised ordering link for your campaign and send you a media kit with suggested wording for emails, newsletters, and social posts. You share it with your community - we've made that part easy too.

  • 03 - Your community orders

    Your supporters order directly through our website at their own pace - they choose their set size and upload their own photos, and checkout. We handle the making and delivery. No forms to fill in on your end. No money to collect.

  • 04 - We make and deliver every order

    Every magnet is handcrafted in our Plimmerton studio. We ship directly to each supporter, or to a central address if you prefer - whatever works best for your group.

  • 05 - Your cause gets paid

    Once your fundraiser closes, we confirm the total raised and ask you to send us an invoice - which we pay promptly. No chasing, no delays.

Real money for your cause

Your organisation earns $6–$12 per order, depending on the set size your supporters choose. The more magnets in a set, and the more sets purchased the more you raise. If 10 supporters purchased one set of 12 magnets each you would raise $120.

What does it cost our organisation to get started?

Not a cent. There are no upfront costs and nothing to purchase or store. No stock to keep track of. You promote the fundraiser, your supporters order, and we do everything from there.

How long does a fundraiser run?

Most campaigns run for 2–3 weeks, but we'll help you choose a timeframe that suits your community and your calendar. Funds are transferred to your organisation's bank account after your campaign closes.

How much will we actually raise?

Your organisation earns $6–$12 per order, depending on the set size chosen - the larger the set, and the more purchased, the more you earn.

Set of 6 magnets = $6 raised

Set of 9 magnets = $8 raised

Set of 12 magnets = $12 raised

When do we receive the money?

Once your fundraiser closes, we confirm the total and ask you to send us an invoice - which we pay promptly. No chasing required.

How do we promote it?

Most groups use email lists, team communications, social media, and newsletters - and we make it easy. Once you're booked in, we send you a media kit with suggested wording ready to copy and paste.

We really don't have to do anything - no forms, no money collection?

Really. Orders are placed directly on our website through a customised link. Your supporters pay us directly, choose their photos, and we handle making and delivery. Your job is just to promote the fundraiser and share the link.

Choosing photos that 'pop' as magnets

Not all photos are magnet-ready. The quality of your magnets will reflect the quality of the photos you upload. For best results, we recommend clear, well-lit images with minimal filters. Close-up shots and high-resolution files (under 10MB) tend to print beautifully.

Magnets are 5cm x 5cm so select images which look good as a square shape (1:1 ratio). You will be able to adjust the position of your images and they are cropped to shape during the upload process.

Please note, we are not responsible for poor print outcomes resulting from low-quality, blurry, or heavily filtered photos.

What size are the magnets?

Each magnet is approximately 5cm x 5 cm

How do I care for my magnets?

  • Keep them flat and dry
  • Wipe them with a soft cloth now and then to keep them looking their best
  • Avoid direct sunlight for long lasting vibrancy
  • Show them love, they're sturdy, but not indestructible and will get scratched by sharp objects
