A note on what handcrafted means
A photobooth prints automatically. The Memory Bar doesn't work that way. Every single magnet is cut, assembled and finished by hand - by Christina, at your wedding, in real time. It's slower, more considered, and more personal. And that's exactly the point.

After the wedding
When everything has slowed down but before your flowers have faded you will receive a digital copy of all the photos your guests chose to make into magnets. You can then choose your favourites from the ones your guests took, or any others which celebrate your love, and we will craft you your own curated set of 12 handcrafted magnets.
Can't choose just 12? Most couples can't. And that is a beautiful problem to have.
You will have the opportunity to order additional magnet sets at a discounted rate - for your home, or as meaningful thank you gifts for the people who shared your day.

I started Memoria Magnet Co. because I believe our most meaningful photos deserve to be somewhere we can actually see them - not buried in our phones. Every magnet that I make, I make by hand, with that belief at the heart of it.
When I come to your wedding, I am not just running a service, I genuinely care about the memories being made in the room. I'll make sure your guests engage, that the experience feels warm and natural and that you walk away with something beautiful to keep.
Most wedding favours get left on the table. Most photos end up buried in phones. The ones that do get printed out get put away in a cupboard.
A magnet lives on the fridge, in the heart of the home - where your guests will see it every single day. Your story becomes part of their daily life, of their story.
Your questions, answered
Do guests need to download anything to make their custom photo magnets at your wedding?
No, they simply scan a QR code that is unique to your wedding and upload directly from their phone. It takes seconds and works on all modern smartphones.
Will guests actually engage with the Memory Bar during the wedding?
Yes. Christina actively guides the experience throughout our time at your wedding - she doesn't just set up and step back. Her job is to make sure it flows naturally and your guests genuinely engage.
How many custom photo magnets can you make during our wedding?
Around 125 magnets comfortably within the Signature Package. Get in touch if you want a different amount of magnets provided and we will tailor the right package for your wedding.
Do I need to do anything on the day if we hire Memoria Magnet Co. to make custom photo magnets at our wedding?
Nothing. We will work with you and your venue ahead of time to enable Christina to handle the entire experience from arrival to pack-down on the day. You focus on your wedding.
What location is The Memory Bar by Memoria Magnet Co. available in?
Christina is based in Plimmerton and covers the Wellington region and surrounds. Travel time and mileage for up to 30 minutes from Plimmerton is included within the pricing, additional travel time will be quoted during discussion with you if your venue is outside of this distance.
Further travel is considered for the right event - please enquire even if you are further afield.
How far in advance should I book if I want Memoria Magnet Co. to do on-site magnet making at our wedding?
As early as possible. Because Christina personally runs every event, spaces are strictly limited - particularly for summer and peak seasons. We recommend enquiring at least 3-6 months ahead.

Christina is happy to help you choose based on your wedding size, venue, timeline and vision. Just get in touch for a chat - there's no obligation and no pressure.
What's not included in the above pricing if we want to have the Memory Bar by Memoria Magnet company at our wedding?
- Pre-wedding site visit, if required
- Mileage and travel time for venues over 30 minutes from Plimmerton
- The Memory Bar requires a stable fast WiFi connection and domestic power source to operate. These can be arranged at additional cost if not provided at the venue - please discuss this with us prior to booking.
