Shipping policy

We ship from Plimmerton, New Zealand and aim to make and dispatch your magnets within 5 working days. 

Standard orders are charged a flat shipping rate of $6.90. If your order is particularly large and likely to result in excess shipping charges [as determined by us] we reserve the right to charge an additional shipping fee and will be in touch with you directly by email to advise you of this and arrange payment of this prior to your order being created. If at this stage you do not wish to cover the additional shipping charge we will cancel and refund your order. 

Shipping costs for bulk/custom orders will vary and will be quoted as part of overall cost.

Delivery times may vary, particularly during busy periods so if you need something urgently please reach out to us and we will do our best to assist. We’re not responsible for courier delays but will support you where we can. Please allow 4 -5 business days for a parcel that is bound for a rural/non-urban address to arrive. Due to the low density of deliveries in rural /non-urban areas, deliveries by our carriers are done less frequently.
