The Keepsake Card

The Keepsake Card is an A6 card printed on premium 350gsm card stock with a personalised 5×5cm photo magnet attached to the front. It comes in four variations - Save the Date, You're Invited, Seating Card, and Thank You - perfect for making any stage of your wedding journey extra memorable.

The Keepsake Card is ordered by getting in touch with us directly. Let us know which variation you'd like, whether you would like to make any adjustments to the wording/colours/fonts on our standard templates or if you would like to provide your own, how many cards you need, and the wording you'd like on the magnet. We'll be in touch promptly to discuss and ask any further design questions.

We recommend getting in touch at least 3–5 weeks before you need your cards, particularly for large orders or during peak wedding season to ensure you do not miss out. Every magnet is handcrafted with care by Christina and time is needed to confirm wording and proof, printing, magnet-crafting and courier.

Entirely up to you. Most couples choose a portrait of themselves - engagement photos are particularly beautiful for Save the Dates and Invitations, while wedding day photos make the Thank You variation feel extra special if you are sending them out after the event. For Seating Cards, the magnet design is typically consistent across all guests, but get in touch if you'd like to discuss personalised options - how cool would it be to have photos of you with the guest on their seating card.

Not all photos are magnet-ready. The quality of your magnets will reflect the quality of the photos you upload. For best results, we recommend clear, well-lit images with minimal filters. Close-up shots and high-resolution files (under 10MB) tend to print beautifully.

Magnets are 5cm x 5cm so select images which look good as a square shape (1:1 ratio). You will be able to adjust the position of your images and they are cropped to shape during the upload process.

Please note, we are not responsible for poor print outcomes resulting from low-quality, blurry, or heavily filtered photos.

Yep absolutely, couples often choose to add their names and the date of their wedding as an overlay on their magnet. We can add any words you would like, but keep in mind that the magnet is 5x5cm so it is best to keep the number of words you choose on the smaller side.

Once payment is confirmed you'll send us your details - your guest list and table numbers if it's a Seating Card, or your chosen photo and wording for other variations. We'll then create your cards and magnet design and send you a PDF proof to approve before anything goes to print.

Yes, one round of revisions is included in your order. We will make any changes as required before sending it to print. Please note, once proof approval has been given further changes will incur additional cost if your order has already been sent to print or magnets begun being made.

Send us a spreadsheet with your guests' names and table numbers once payment is confirmed. The spreadsheet should have their first name, surname (if required) and table number all in separate columns. We'll take care of the rest and send you a PDF proof to check every name before printing.

Yes, you are welcome to use your own A6 Card design. Please reach out to us to discuss this option. You will need to leave a 5.15 x 5.15cm square space on the card for the magnet.

Absolutely. Get in touch and share your fonts, wedding colours (hex code) and we are happy to discuss adjusting our templates to suit your day.

That's up to you and your venue. They can be placed at each guest's individual table setting or displayed on a seating board for guests to collect as they arrive and find their way to their tables.

Absolutely, it works beautifully either way. Place it on each guest's plate or napkin as a welcome favour, or send it in the weeks after your wedding once your photos are back. Many couples love the idea of using actual wedding day photos on the magnet, which makes the post-wedding send feel extra meaningful.
